Dean Mao and his team raised up the below matter:-
- Foreign visitors = 20-30 (max)
- Hotel recommendation for visitors
- Transportation to Wuhan University – they have people to do voluntary work to assist on travelling to the university for the conference.
- Number of participants attending the specific lectures- (2 weeks earlier) to accommodate the lecture room.
- List of name and total number of participants – to create Visitor passes
Prof Walter categories 3 level of hierarchy
- Category 1: High Leadership people
- Category 2: Faculties
- Category 3: Common participants/students
Dean Mao and his team mentioned that the first priority will be Category 1 & 2. For Category 3, he suggested:
- Students – participation in workshop. No of participants from 40 can be increased to 80.
- University collaborations
- Abstract participants – allocated from 85 can be increased to 580
