Prof Chia Kee Seng, the Dean, NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health would like to invite all to their School’s upcoming 2nd Singapore International Public Health Conference & 11th Singapore Public Health and Occupational Medicine Conference 2016 (SIPHC 2016), being held on 29-30 September 2016 at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore. The NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health is an APACPH Institutional member.
The event is co-hosted with the College of Public Health and Occupational Physicians of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, this year’s Conference will focus on “Contemporary Challenges, Sustainable Solutions” and bring together international thought leaders, decision makers and public health practitioners to address current public health challenges prevalent in Asia as well as facilitate robust discussions and formulation of sustainable solutions in public health responses, policies and services for Asia and the rest of the world.
The conference have been a success in 2012, which hosted over 500 delegates (capacity-attendance) from 27 countries. For this year’s gathering, they are striving to bring as many people as possible to attend the event, which has assembled a stellar line-up of international presenters, including Dr Richard Horton, Editor-in-Chief, The Lancet.
