The signing ceremony for the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between University of Malaya, Malaysia and Wuhan University, People’s Republic of China in the area of Health Services was completed on the 09 April 2018 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya. Prof Yu Xuejie the Dean of the School of Health Sciences represented the Wuhan University and Prof Dato’ Dr Adeeba Kamarulzaman represented the University of Malaya. Also present at the ceremony was Prof Maznah Dahlui the Secretary of APACPH, Prof He Qiqiang the Vice-Dean of Wuhan University School of Health Sciences and Ms Camelina Chan the Executive of APACPH. The success of the signing of the MOU was through the connection established at APACPH.
